Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess a strong background in psychotherapy, social work, and mental health counseling.
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide mental health counseling and crisis management services
- Offer individual counseling sessions
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support patients with diverse needs
- Conduct research to enhance patient care strategies
Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field (LLMSW accepted)
- Proven experience in psychotherapy, social work, or related areas
- Strong understanding of patient assessment and crisis intervention techniques
- Ability to provide effective mental health counseling and support services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
